What is the Cost Per Delivery?
The cost per delivery varies based on the quantity and radius of your current deliveries. We don't have a delivery radius limit, as long as there are enough deliveries going out!
What if I already have my own drivers?
No problem! We can integrate your drivers into our platform and give them priority for your deliveries. You’ll no longer have to handle payment, management, or insurance for them. Plus, we always provide backup drivers when your team isn't available.
Do drivers have thermal bags?
No, our drivers do not have thermal bags. However, we offer the flexibility for you to set your delivery window, ensuring that food isn't left sitting out for longer than specified. Additionally, we can accommodate deliveries in your thermal bags by organizing round-trip routes and returning the bags to you.
What if something goes wrong during the delivery process?
Rest assured, our dedicated support team actively manages deliveries and promptly corrects any errors that arise. In the rare event that an error isn't resolved, we provide insurance coverage for the amount of the order being delivered. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
